Independent Methodists
In doctrine we are Biblical, Wesleyan and Methodist. In government we are strictly independent and self supporting. We accept the Holy Scriptures as our sole authority in matters of Faith and practice. We use the Authorised Version of the Bible, recognising it to be the most accurate translation.
We are opposed to the false Ecumenical Movement, World Council of Churches and the modern Charismatic movement. We respect and extend the hand of friendship to born again Christians from other denominations.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
